Are your exclusive embroidery designs for sale?

No. All designs, images, and descriptions are original creations of Steele Magnolia and are formally protected by U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication for private or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

I love your designs! However, the color of my dog is a little different than your advertised listing. Can this be changed?

Yes! Just send us a photo of the dog(s) and we are happy to color match to them for you for FREE!

I love this design, but the breed of my dog is different. Can we change the breed, but keep the design the same?

Of course! This request is occasionally subject to a custom design fee, however, we are happy to make the change for our clients and color match to the dog for you!

Do you offer refunds/returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
